The product description says works with the black macbook, but the model number and picture are clearly the 13″ aluminum macbook unibody. I bought from Amazon, it’s a bit more but I trust them as a reliable source. Not with any these vendors, but I’ve been burned in the past with generic batteries on Ebay.

The item is great, the description was not to accurate, but if you have a 13″ Macbook Aluminum 5,1 with an intel processor core 2 duo and a 2.4 GHz, the item will fit.
